One of Europe’s leading supermarket chains has officially opened its distribution center (12 May 2022) in the Netherlands, according to the latest sustainable structure of more than 54,000 m2. In addition to the size of the distribution center, the nature of the building’s construction makes this building sustainable. For example, Concria’s patented solution was used in creation of the concrete floor, saving 864 tons of CO2. The roof has nearly 7,000 solar panels, natural gas is not used, all lighting is 100% LED; consequently the building received BREEAM 5-star certification
