Concria™ Nano Finish is ready to use surface lubricant, allowing easier concrete finishing when floating with Concria™ Plastic Float pans and Concria™ Slide Blades.

Concria™ Nano Finish increases cream to enable easier, better finishing and extended workable time under adverse conditions (hot, dry, sunny & windy). A concrete lubricator makes the surface much more durable than finishing with water. According to the water retention efficiency test, Nano Finish slows evaporation by nearly 20%. It protects the concrete from a range of moisture loss-related defects like delamination, plastic shrinkage, map-cracking, and other surface defects.

DENSIFY CONCRETE SURFACE DURING THE CASTING

The surface, which is treated with nano silica during the finishing with blades, doesn’t need any silicate (lithium, sodium, potassium) treatment later. Nano Finish also minimizes the need for grouting as the surface is exceptionally dense after finishing.

Spraying Nano Finish during the finishing with Concria™ Slide Blades will contribute to a greater amount of cement particle-to-particle packing that contributes to an increase in gloss, smoothness, hardness, and abrasion resistance. The finished concrete surface can be as smooth as polished with 3000# diamonds.
